This information will be processed in strict accordance with applicable data protection regulations and is required for the issuance of the fiscal receipt corresponding to the conference registration fee.
Registration Fees
The registration fee includes five coffee breaks, two light lunches, and all conference materials. Preferential fees are available for IACS members.

Payment via PayPal or credit card can be arranged upon request. However, bank transfer is strongly recommended, particularly within the European Union, as it does not incur additional charges.
Venue and Conference Information

The venue, Villa Mirafiori, will host all conference sessions, as well as coffee breaks and lunches.
The conference dinner is scheduled for Friday, 5 June at 21:00 at a nearby restaurant. The estimated cost is €40–45. Final details will be communicated once an approximate number of participants has been confirmed.
The conference programme will be circulated in due course.
Travel Information
Villa Mirafiori is easily accessible by public transport. The most convenient route is via Metro Line B from Roma Termini Station, with a stop at Piazza Bologna, followed by a short walk.
From Roma Tiburtina Station, the venue can also be reached on foot (approximately 22 minutes / 1.5 km).
